The discussion will include: (1) establishing a recovery team (who should be on it; responsibilities); (2) best practice procedures (e.g., PPE supplies; sanitizing the workplace; handling incoming deliveries of supplies, goods, etc.; social distancing guidelines; health screening of employees, visitors, customers; access controls); (3) employee communication and engagement; (4) customer, vendor, government and other key stakeholder outreach plans; (5) management/employee training on operating in a Safe Mode; (6) upgrading your employee wellness program; (7) action plan if an employee, vendor, or customer becomes sick; and (8) labor relations considerations.
