Stephanie Prewitt is an Executive Director at Foundations where she works with Human Resources executives to implement policies, systems and processes that are both legally sound and that further the principles of lean business operations. Stephanie conducts compliance training, oversees investigations, develops policies and handbooks, and advises clients on challenging employee relations issues. Prior to partnering with Carol to start up Foundations, Stephanie spent almost twenty years at Toyota where she was Assistant General Counsel for labor and employment matters.
